"Smooth ride overall"
Booked Blacklane and left a note asking for a child seat and a quick stop along the way. When the driver arrived, he already knew about both, which was a relief (one less thing to explain while juggling kid stuff). The car was clean, the ride was on time, and everything went smoothly. I’m giving 4 stars only because the confirmation about my request came a little late, so I was left wondering for a bit. But overall, good service and I’d use them again

I used Blacklane for an airport ride and, yeah, it wasn’t exactly cheap, but i can’t really complain too much because everything went smoothly. The driver showed up on time, the car was clean, and there weren’t any random extra charges at the end, which I appreciated. For the price, I’d say it felt fair overall. I’d probably use them again, especially for a longer trip where the reliability matters more.

I booked Blacklane for an airport ride because I just wanted the trip to be easy and stress-free. The driver was polite and the car was clean, so no complaints there. But the route really didn’t make sense. We ended up going through busy local streets even though the map was showing a faster highway option. I asked about it once, and he said it was fine, but we arrived about 25 minutes late. I spent most of the ride watching the app and getting more stressed. For what Blacklane charges, better route planning feels like a basic expectation, and this delay seemed totally preventable

I used blacklane for an early airport pickup, and the driver was already waiting outside a few minutes before the scheduled time, which, was exactly what I needed because I am not at my best when I’m rushing before sunrise. He was totally calm while I grabbed my bag, and we pulled away right on time. The whole ride to the airport was smooth and stress-free. Nothing flashy, just reliable, which is kind of all you want for an airport ride. I’d definitely use them again

I thought the car was really clean and comfortable, and I personally appreciated the extra leg room after a long flight. The seats felt good to me and the ride was smooth the whole way. My only small issue was that it got a little warm in the car for a bit, but aside from that, I had a good experience

The ride itself was fine, smooth enough and I got where I needed to go without any issues. But at the same time, the chauffeur looked kind of sloppy and not really dressed like someone from a premium car service. It didn’t ruin the trip, but it definitely made the whole thing feel less upscale, even though the actual ride was okay.

Booked Blacklane for an airport pickup after a long overnight flight. The driver messaged me as soon as I landed and was easy to spot at arrivals, which was a relief because I was definitely not thinking clearly by then. The car was clean, the ride was quiet, and that was exactly what I needed. I’m giving it 4 stars because I did end up waiting about 10 minutes, even though I’d entered my flight details. Maybe that’s not really a big deal and I was just exhausted, but at the time it felt way longer than it probably was. Overall, I’d still use them again
